Description

Beautiful, luxurious and spacious Lake View villa, with four large bedrooms, each furnished to a high standard and with cable TV. The villa is south-west facing for all day sunshine with a sensational large heated pool and spa and extended deck.

This 2400 square feet villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has 24/7 monitored alarm system and built-in safe.

The property is in the heart of central Florida. It is just off the 192 West; one mile North on US 27 and twenty minutes from the I4. Only 3 minutes drive to a 24/7 Wal-Mart Supercenter and various restaurants. The well-known Disney Parks are only fifteen minutes away with Universal/Islands of Adventure just a 30 minute drive away.

Only seventy five minutes drive to the wonderful beaches of the East and West coasts.

The nearest airport is the Orlando International Airport, which is forty five minutes by car. Alternatively is the Sanford International airport which is about an hours drive.

Downtown Disney is about twenty minutes. Sea World is twenty five minutes. Discovery Cove twenty five minutes. International Drive twenty minutes.

Gatorland twenty minutes. Cypress Gardens thirty five minutes. Busch Gardens forty five minuets. Shopping Outlets twenty minutes.

A 24 Hour Walmart SuperCenter is a 5 minute drive away, a Sweet Bay Supermarket is a 5 minute walk, plus a new Super Target is a 10 minute drive away There is a walk-in medical centre, two major regional hospitals, and numerous golf courses. There are local parks and lakes such as the Lake Louisa State Park. There are also choices of shops and restaurants are all close by.
