HOLIDAY HEAVEN!
My husband and two daughters (20 + 23) have always dreamt of a holiday in Barbados ………… and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our first stay! The picture of this delightful villa does not do it justice and should be updated. The villa was spacious, clean and had loads of windows which made it amazingly cool and relaxing. The location, which does not come across on the website, was stunning and everything you would expect of the region. The neighbourhood was small but exceptionally friendly and approachable. Having two daughters, there was plenty to keep them occupied with the wonderful beaches close by especially “Miami beach”. Restaurants were close to hand for a family meal and the girls had plenty of night life at St. Lawrence Gap which was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the villa and gave us, the parents, plenty of peace of mind!
As we wanted to see as much as possible, we found the public transport buses and mini buses which ran close to the villa very reliable and perfect for touring and getting a real feel of the place and mingling with the friendly bajans (barbadians).
Valerie, the housekeeper, could not have been more accommodating and even picked us up from the airport on arrival. She was constantly on hand and was able to resolve any small issues quickly and efficiently which we found enormously helpful as obviously it takes a little time to settle in and get your bearings. In fact the whole experience from start to finish could not have been any better and for the quality of stay was well beyond our expectations and exceptional value for money. From the first point of contact with the owners, everything was handled very efficiently and on arrival it was clear that every thought had been put into making this property the perfect place to stay. The facilities were exceptional and for a holiday rental property, we were pleasantly surprised at how new and well maintained the villa was, in fact coming home was very disappointing! We cannot recommend this villa and location enough and are frantically saving up for our next trip. Thank you so much for making this a holiday to remember.

My Stay in this villa
This home was just as advertised, even down to the bedding. It was very comfortable and gorgeous accomodations. I was a little concerned about the lack of A/C, but there were so many windows, fans and there was a comfortable cross breeze.
Margaret thought of everything from dishes, towels and whatever one needed for cooking was available. In additon, there was a phone book, maps and laundry. Most importantly, Valerie was a great manager and very accomodating to us. She picked us up from the airport, took us on a tour of the immediate area so we could know where the suppermarket was and our way around. When we ran out of propane for the gas stove while preparing dinner, Valerie arrived within the hour. We will most definitely be back and will stay in this villa again. Its a great value for the price.

Villa with a View
I am a frequent visitor to Barbados and I can honestly say that in over 23 years, I have never stayed in a better property.
On arrival at the airport, I was met by Valerie who is a lovely, personable, efficient lady. At the Villa, she had made a home cooked meal and later drove me to the local Chefette so my son could get his favourite Snack Box. Many thanks for being attentive and getting us off to a great start.
The neighbourhood is a harmonious mixture of the old and the new. On my early morning walks, I managed to get chatting with a few locals and experience the feel and mood of the ever evolving Barbados.
The Villa comes equipped with a broadband connection - so pack your laptop! There is also a flat screen TV, 2 music players and ample space to dance!
There was the most perfect breeze across the property with strategically placed windows. The quietness of the area provides tranquillity, and the view across the plains is memorable.

4 out of 5 4 Villa Review
We had a very relaxing time in Barbados, Villa was exactly as described with plenty of space and fully equiped. Valerie was very helpful and rang several times to ask if we had any problems, Neighbours were friendly & talkative. About 10 minute drive to main areas. Would recommend for size and price to any one. Only slight problem was adjacent villa construction in the area, could be a slight inconvenience.

Fantastic Holiday
"My husband and two daughters plus two friends (14 & 15) had a fantastic holiday on this lovely Island and this property was everything that was described. The villa was spacious, clean and like previous reviews, it had loads of windows with mosquito nets which was brilliant as we could leave the windows open so it was a lovely breeze.
The location was great and the neighbourhood was very friendly with a local rum hut and shop close by. The beaches are also close by and we regularly used Silver Sands as you can get a day card and use the pool there. Miami beach and Crane Beach are only a short drive away.
Oistins was popular on the Friday evening with our Girls which is only a short cab drive away and so was St. Lawrence Gap.
We hired a car for our week so we could get round the island which I was glad about as this meant the property was only a short ride away to all the places we wanted to see.
Valerie, the housekeeper, was lovely and friendly, she was always at the end of the phone if we needed her and made us some great rum punch for our arrival where she was waiting for us at the property.
The property is exceptional value for money and right from the start, after speaking with the owners, everything was as expected and they gave great customer service. The property was equiped with everything we needed and unlike the previous review, the Cable Flat Screen TV was more than sufficient for the short time we were in to watch it.
I would definately use this Property again and would recommend it as Great Value for money for famlies.

Ideal Holiday Home
Being our 1st stay in Barbados we chose this villa as we thought the location was convenient. It is only 10 minuets drive to Oistins and Miami beach and under 15 minuets to St.Lawrence Gap. There is also a beach near as well as local shops for all essentials. When we arrived in Barbados there was an agent Val who picked us up from the airport which was also a short drive and made us feel very welcome.
We found that public transport was not a problem as the villa is located near a bus stop which you can catch a bus straight into the city, Bridgetown.
Staying in this villa we found that we had beautiful views and as its located near the sea we constantly got a good sea breeze. Inside the villa it was spotless and quite spacious. We also made good use of the garden as we were able to sunbathe and enjoy the views.
All in all we would definitely recommend this villa to anyone whos planning a holiday and needs somewhere to stay. We had such a fantastic time, all the neighbours were so welcoming and friendly that we would be more than happy to stay here again. Furthermore the owners gave us excellent customer service throughout the whole holiday!

Totally Relaxed
The house was exactly as described, there was no disappointment. It was exceptionally clean, although there was a recent tropical storm and it made the windows a bit hazey, that was no fault of the owners.
The owner was quite amicable and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with my emails and 101 quesitons. I would recommend this property as well as stay again. Although it is a bit off the beaten track and you need a car it was just our speed. The front porch was our favourite place to sit and feel the cool breeze any time of day as it always provided shade. Catamaran tours, the evening diner cruise with Tall Ships Tours (google them), the harbour light shows were all things we did and would recommend. The food was amazing everywhere we went including the deli at the local grocery store. Beaches we visited were Miami beach, Worthington, The Boatyard (great if you have kids 10+) and we went to Crane but found it too rough but beautiful scenery.

We had booked the villa for a girls vacation and we could not have chosen a more perfect spot. The house was lovely and so well kept, the pictures just do not do the beauty of this villa justice. We were greeted by a very welcoming Valerie who was so kind and able to answer any questions we had. She made us feel right at home while showing us around the house, we could not have asked for a more warm greeting. The house was so airy and the breeze was amazing, I actually miss that lovely breeze. The neighbourhood was also very safe and all the neighbours were so kind to us during our stay. A few times we had to run across the street and ask the neighbours how to get somewhere and with a smile on their face they were more then happy to help. The hospitality of everyone we encountered while at the villa was more then enough to make us feel as if we were locals ourselves. We loved the patio and the front veranda especially for tea in the morning. I don't think we could have found a place that even came close to this pristine villa for the amazing price, even our friends who live in Barbados were thouroughly impressed and amazed at how lovely this villa was and how much room there was. It is spacious, yet cozy. I would definately recommend this villa to any friends or family looking to have this sort of experience in Barbados as well as stay there again myself. It was also very close to many exciting things such as the St. Lawrence Gap, Oistens and numerous beaches. Perfect for families especially those with teenagers or young adults because there is always something happening that will keep them busy. All in all we loved this place and were very sad to leave.
