A stunning getaway
We stayed at Summer Cottage for a weekend visit and felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The cottage is immaculate but with a friendly feel. Everything is spotlessly clean and the furnishing and decor are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, and the owner clearly loves the cottage. It is well placed for exploring the beautiful Cotswold villages and the estate surrounding the cottage is peaceful and quiet. If you choose Summer Cottage you won't be disappointed.
Heartfelt thanks!
So glad we found your charming cottage on the internet. We would certainly recommend to anyone planning to visit the UK and the Cotswolds. Your exceptional thoughtfulness is apparent throughout the cottage and guests are provided with every convenience in the most tasteful and tranquil setting. We have had a wonderful week in the glorious Cotswolds!
Beautiful cottage
We stayed at Summer Cottage in August and was so impressed with the level of detail in all areas.
The cottage itself is delightful with luxury furnishing and decor throughout.
The 'little' extras eg: welcome gift, complimentary toiletries, garden furniture, books, games etc were a lovely touch.
Information on surrounding areas was helpful.
The shop and cafe in Blockley run by the local community came well recommended and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast there. The shop stocks plenty of local and good quality food.
Will definitely return as the Northwick Park estate where the beautiful Summer Cottage is situated is a haven of peace and tranquility, with deer and water buffalo roaming adjoining land and a resident hawk!
