Description

Rofield Barn is a luxury converted spacious detached barn sleeping up to 8 guests (+ babes) in great comfort. This beautiful self catering holiday home is located in Gloucestershire’s Severn Vale, 8 miles from Cheltenham with stunning uninterrupted views of the Cotswold Hills.

Ground Floor

Spacious open plan living and dining area with under floor heating, attractive terracotta tiled floors and vaulted ceiling. Very comfy sofas offering great views of the countryside and Cotswold Hills. Lounge area with a feature fireplace and traditional stove. Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking station and hifi system. Wireless broadband internet capability throughout Rofield Barn.

The dining area seats eight people very comfortably at a large farmhouse dining table. This leads into:

A fully equipped spacious kitchen with every appliance including electric cooker with hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Also on the ground floor, a cosy twin-bedded room, a bathroom comprising washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower and a laundry area with a fully automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor

A galleried walkway leads one way to a very attractive master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom comprising bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. The other way leads to 2 further bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds and a family bathroom comprising bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

Outside

A good sized, fully fenced-in garden equipped with garden furniture and barbeque. There is ample parking for up to four cars. A paddock lies next to the barn and is for the exclusive use of Rofield Barn Guests.

Services

* Under-floor heating to ground level with full central heating to all other areas. Electricity and wifi connectivity are included in the rental.

* Freshly laundered bed linen, hand/bath towels and tea towels are all included in the rental.

* Well behaved pets are welcomed by prior arrangement at no extra charge.

* Rofield Barn is now a non-smoking property.

* Baby sitting

We are also delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to pre-order our specially prepared “Rofield Suppers”. Everything is home made by ourselves and all ingredients are produced locally, wherever possible. This service is especially useful if you are only staying for a weekend break or arriving late to start your holiday, saving the hassle of preparing something to eat immediately upon your arrival!

All dishes, including vegetables, are delivered to the Barn fully cooked and will simply require re-heating when you are ready to eat.
