Located in a Regency style white stucco building, the apartment is tastefully furnished and comprises of a living room/dining area with wooden floors and high ceilings, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It has floor-to-ceiling French doors in the sitting room and bedroom opening onto two small balconies.
In the living/dining room, there is a large flat-screen colour TV, DVD player and a quality sofa bed plus dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, microwave and fridge.
The bedroom has a five foot King sized bed, ample wardrobe space and French doors onto a private balcony overlooking a classic Garden Square.
There is a recently modernised fully tiled bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is a separate laundry room, containing a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. This room can also be used for storing luggage. This is a non smoking flat and will accommodate up-to 4 people.

Brilliant Flat
The flat is in a great area surrounded by great shops, restaurants and pubs and its so easy to walk to central areas. The accommodation is very comfortable with good sized living room and bedroom and a small but high spec bathroom. The kitchen is small but adequate. We shall use it again
Excellent quiet location
Since leaving London in 1987, we have lived in Brisbane for twelve years and for the same time in Hong Kong. We visit London every year at least once. We have stayed in many different locations and at the flat next door to yours before, but this time it was special. It was newly renovated in style, quiet and, as always, incredibly handy for Sainsbury's and Victoria stations as well as for the no 24 bus. The silent washing machine was a bonus.
Olivia was helpful and we would most certainly request your apartment the next time we return to England.

We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely flat: thank you for everything. We were visiting our daughter who is studying medicine in the UK and the location was incredibly convenient for south of the river as well as all the shops and attractions in the West End.

Another visit to this property,still very good,clean airy and bright.Used cooking facilities more this time as flat is within minutes of two major supermarkets. Spoilt for choice with so many good pubs restaurants and take-aways.Transposrt links excellent and frequent. Can't wait for next visit.

Neat and spacious flat.Very confiently located to stations,busses,shops,restaurants.Excellent to travel and do site-seeing in London from there. Very close to Buckingham Palace.Everything one need for everyday household is there in the flat! Would use it again with great pleasure! We were using it as interm short stay place after moving from another country to London,and it was a great place to start our new life in England.Thanks to Lynne Gillon,the owner,and all your people for great service!
