This four-bedroom semi-detached stone french house has been recently refurbished with private pool and pretty garden in tiny hamlet. Short walk to the main village which has butcher, baker, cafe, restaurant and little supermarket. Ideal for families.

The property is equipped with facilities which is perfect for the kids such as high chair, baby bath and bath seat plus a pushchair. There are available cots as well plus plenty of kids plates, bowls and cups.

Outside is a sunny south facing garden with fruit tress and a lovely view of the village with a fenced off pool area. The pool has a semi-enclosed shallow end, perfect for small children. BBQ and large table with chairs are also available for outside eating. The area by the pool for sunbathing and plenty of shade under the trees are also available specially when the sun gets too hot.

The house is not suitable for those who have mobility problems since all the bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a patio at front of the house plus the outdoor furniture for eight people.

The river beach at Aubeterre is just 5 minutes drive away. There is also canoeing available on the river which is a great fun plus the great beach at the lake in Brossac.

Atlantic coast is 2hrs away which is also very accessible for the guests.

For golf lovers, there is a 9 hole golf course at le Manoir du Longeveau, an 18 holes at Golf de Périgueux and Golf de l'Hirondelle, and Angoulême.
