The apartment is on the third floor and is accessed via a lift, as you enter the apartment there is a spacious hallway that takes you to the spacious light open plan living space which has been stylishly furnished and decorated to create a relaxed home from home, the kitchen area is well fitted, the comfy sofa converts into a sofa bed if required and the dining area has seating for 6 people. From the living space you access the large balcony which faces towards Mont Blanc and is an ideal place to sit at the end of the day with a glass of wine watching the sun set or at the start of the day to enjoy your breakfast.
The master bedroom is a light bright room and has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has a double bed with single bunk over giving flexible sleeping options for families or friends. A bathroom with shower over the bath and separate toilet complete the accommodation.
In addition to the living space there is also a secure underground garage where you can park your car should you wish.
