Description

The are two double bedrooms one twin bedroom, and a second sitting room with a double sofabed, the master bedroom has a balcony with stunning views. There is one downstairs toilet and shower room and two upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. There is a large triple aspect lounge and dinning room with wood burner and a separate smaller snug lounge with wood burner. The property is surrounded by a large flat garden and several terraces from which to enjoy the scenery. Outside furniture and BBQ are supplied. The property has satellite TV with all the English free sat channels, DVD player, flat screen TV.

Directions

Le Fleuve is situated in a quiet corner of a village in the beautiful Val D'Azun. In the summer this area is wonderful for hiking or cycling, attack the same Cols as the Tour de France riders, try some of the 850kms of mountain bike trails or take it more easy on the cycle path between Argeles and Lourdes. The area is wonderful for walking or serious hiking, either straight from the house or drive a few kilometres and then hike to the border of Spain! In the summer there is a weekly market a few kilometres away, and an open air 25metre swimming pool. The Parc National des Pyenées is within easy reach. In the winter you can drive to 5 different ski stations, Hautacam, Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden, Cauterets and Gavarnie are all within easy reach. Cross country skiing and snow- shoeing (raquettes) are possible nearby. The famous Catholic shrine at Lourdes is 30 minutes drive away. The managers of the property live nearby and will be available to help with anything you may need.
