A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment fully equipped for up to 8 people with a magnificent 35 sq M terrace and stunning mountain views. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower room with basin and WC, bedroom2 - twin beds, bedroom 3 - bunk beds, suitable for both adults and children, all with ample storage. The lounge/diner has flat screen TV and integral DVD player, English satellite Television, CD/radio, selection of DVD's, CD's, and games, 2 sofas, an armchair and bean bags if needed. There is also a fully sprung double sofa bed. The extending dining table seats 6 with ease. The kitchen is galley style with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, four ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. Family bathroom with bath, shower and wash basin. Separate WC. The terrace has table, 4 chairs, umbrella 2 sun beds,and BBQ. The apartment has its own covered parking space behind which is a large secure storeroom for storage of skis, bicycles etc.

Notes:

There is a child's travel cot, together with push chair and high chair available on request. There are additional blankets and a fan heater provided if required. We can arrange hot meals on arrival and groceries can be purchased on your behalf if required. The apartment is on the third floor and although served by a lift it is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility problems. No smoking or pets allowed. TOUR DE FRANCE: ******* TOUR DE FRANCE WEEK STILL AVAILABLE ******** This year the Tour de France goes through the village on THURSDAY 14th JULY the cyclists having climbed the famous Col du Tourmalet before the descent through Bareges towards the final climb to the top of Luz - Ardiden. If you have never seen the tour at close quarters this is a MUST.

Ski: Bareges is in the heart of the largest ski area in the Pyrenees - Bareges/La Mongie ( Grand Tourmalet ) . with 69 piste ski runs catering for all levels of skier. Snowboarders are well catered for with a purpose built snow park with all the thrills and spills required. Alternatively, snow shoeing on the authorised trails behind the apartment block or on the ski area itself is great recreation. There is a free ski bus from the centre of the village, approx 5 minute walk from the apartment, to take you to the ski lifts alternatively it is a short drive. There are also 172 snow cannons in the event of poor snow conditions.

Golf: There are golf courses at Lourdes - 40 minutes drive - and Bagneres de Bigorre - 1 hour drive - from the apartment. Also the golf course at Pau, the oldest in France is approx 1 1/4 hours drive and the championship courses in ther Biarrittz area are approx 2 hours drive.

NOTE: Change over day is Saturday and guests are asked not to arrive before 4.00pm on the day of arrival and to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on the departure day. You will be greeted on arrival by prior arrangement.
A non returnable deposit of £350.00 is required when booking the apartment and a Damage/Breakages deposit of £350.00 is required which will be returned to you on departure, provided that there is no damage or breakages.
