The villa offers all the comforts and more one is used to in their own home. The 3 bedrooms are all en-suite, offering great privacy. The main bedroom with king size bed and high pitch ceiling exudes class. The en-suite is comparable in size to most apt bedrooms, with XL jacuzzi, large shower and twin vanity unit. There is also underfloor heating to all en-suites. French doors lead onto private terrace. All bedrooms have ample wardrobes, twin beds and own seperate hot water system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has beautiful granite worktops. A serving hatch to the dining room is wonderful. The courtyard off the kitchen has full laundry facilities and storage. The living/dining room is XL with all that is needed for dining and relaxation. Exit the living room through French doors onto the pool terrace with all the requirements of the sun seeker and not forgetting the shade seeker. Absorb the views and the sunset.

The villa has dual air-con central heating system. Insect screens to every opening, used properly should help eliminate any insect intrusions. Underfloor heating in all en-suites are available. The on-site laundry facilities makes sure you never run out of clean fresh clothing, and towels and linen where necessary. Yes, we do prefer non smoking visitors to our property, however we do provide ash trays for the smoker who acts considerately and smokes outside.

There are four steps to the front door. However, once inside the villa, there are no level changes other than the stairway to main bedroom and the slight discomfort of ground slides for French doors.

Our 8 x 4 metre swimming pool has a shallow and deep end. Where children are concerned, it is imperative as there is strict supervision, leading to a safe and enjoyable holiday. There is a wooden dining table with 6 chairs, a parasol which can alternate between table and its own portable base. To enjoy the sun to its maximum on our south facing pool terrace, we provide 4 sun loungers. The charcoal BBQ is strategically positioned to observe the beautiful and unique Algarvean sunset. For pool games and fun, we provide a selection of inflatables and for the beach, there are some buckets and spades for the kids. All of these are in the courtyard lockup.

Outdoor, there are superb unspoilt beaches nearby. A short trip into Monte Gordo offers miles of beautiful beaches. Another excellent swimming and sunbathing beach is at Praia Verde, just off the n125. Also, at Praia Verde Castro Marim have a beach restaurant. Further up the motorway at Tavira, there are excellent kiddies beach fun activities and off beach water fun.

Castro Marim complex also has a fabulous 3 x 9 hole combination, offering several choices of 9 hole or 18 hole rounds. Whichever course or combo you take, you will find that Castro Marim courses offer fantastic value, probably the best value in Portugal, with course maintenance being top priority. The courses are a challenge for the low handicap off the back markers while the mid to high will find the yellows both interesting and extremely enjoyable. Buggies, electric and pull trolleys are all available at reasonable rates.

Within 3 minutes of our complex is the Seve Ballesteros Quinta do Vale course. A top drawer course with 6 par 3s, 6 par 4s and 6 par 5s. Just across the border in Spain (ten minutes) are the north and south courses of Costa Essuri and further down the Spanish M/way is Isla Canela, El Rompido and Nova Portil. Well known courses, Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima and the knew American experience of Monte Rei are all within 15 minutes drive.

The elegant and distinctive clubhouse in Castro Marim Golf and Country club offers a full range of facilities. Excellent food on the terraces before or after golf, and also for the non golfer. A la Carte in the beautiful diner or on the open terrace. Pro shop with quality attire. Golf lessons, putting and chipping greens and driving ranges.

Children are always welcome and the staff literally go out of their way to help parents enjoy their food and beverages. The residential area is away from the hustle and bustle of busy thoroughfares offering peace and quiet. A 24 hour security programme is operated by the complex. For larger groups of golfers or extended family and friends where two or more villas are required , we wish to advise that we have a fantastic relationship with all of our neighbours, which gives us the opportunity to be able to quote you for extra villas , depending on availability.

NOTE:

Prices are for the property for the week (7 nights) in Euros. Rates for short term stay, 3 to 5 nights can be quoted subject to availability. Peak at €200 per night, off peak at €130 per night.

Saturday is the preference for changeovers, however we try to be flexible to meet your requirements where possible.

Deposit required. 25% of rental on booking with remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit , key / breakage, is also required 8 weeks in advance and will be repaid in full within 2 weeks after inspection and key return.
