Description
Villa Il Leccio is a lovely fully equipped villa set in an large well maintained garden surrounded by pretty woods. The villa is only 10 kms from Orvieto, a beautiful medieval town in the region of Umbria. It is well positioned to visit other towns such as Rome and Perugia.
The position of the villa is ideal to visit Umbria, often described as the green heart of Italy. It is also well situated to visit the inspiring cities of Rome, one hour drive away, Todi and Perugia both precious pearls of the region.
The villa gardens include a large private pool positioned a few steps away at the end of the lawn in an exclusive spot. There is a large centuries old oak tree (Leccio in Italian) to one side of the pool good for cooling off in the shade.
The owners have another house approximately a hundred meters away with its own private facilities on the opposite side of Villa Il Leccio so both enjoy their privacy. The villa is entered into a lovely dining room directly connected to the well-equipped kitchen.
The pretty, colourful kitchen has all facilities: a large cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge with small freezer, washing machine and a fireplace.
