Description

This very quiet, fully detached private villa with air-conditioning is located on 4.500 square meters of lovely garden with many waving palm trees. The villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable guests to dine al fresco. The villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during guests stay.

It is only a short drive or just within a ten minute walk away from the beautiful beaches of Praia do Benagil, Praia do Carvalho, Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha. Also close to the cities of Lagoa, Carvoeiro and Portimao.

Vila Maria offers ample space to a maximum of six persons. Around the villa guests can choose from several snug corners to enjoy the peace and quiet, the sun or shade or simply the surroundings and beautiful view.

For golfers there is abundance of choices between Albufeira and Lagos plus there are more than twenty different golf courses with 9 or 18 holes.

There are many small and often secluded beaches along the rocky coast which are certainly worth a visit. While walking along the coast guests will be amazed by its beauty. The towns of Lagoa, Portimao and Silves with its middle-aged fortress where guests can still experience the true Portuguese character are within a twenty kilometer radius.

Amongst others, the children can enjoy themselves in the two water parks 'The Big One' and 'Slide and Splash' or pay a visit to the Zoo Marine which is an ocean theme park.

Benagil is a very nice fisherman’s village with lots of restaurants.

The villa is only a few car minutes or ten minutes on foot to beaches at Praia do Benagil, Praia do Carvalho, Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha.

After a day at the beach or after seeing the sites guests can prepare the barbecue on the pool terrace or decide to go for a very reasonably priced dinner in one of the many little restaurants in Vila Maria's surroundings. ... read more »hide »
