This is a stunning second floor apartment with communal swimming pool and with elevator. It offers a very comfortable accommodation comprising of a large lounge and dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a south facing balcony. This apartment is less than 500 meters from the Carvoeiro beach and the Algar Seco beach.

Enjoy the sunshine at the communal swimming pool and there is also a separate kid’s pool for young children available as well. Also the very large Praia Centianes is at walking distance. The apartment is situated just within three minutes stroll from one of the few remaining traditional Algarve fishing villages.

Carvoeiro nestles on the cliff tops either side of a small ravine leading down to a beautiful beach where guests can swim and explore the caves and coves from one of the local fishing boats.

Beautiful cliff top walks await, the village offers a substantial number of restaurants offering very reasonably priced traditional Portuguese food or international cuisine. It is also just six minutes drive from lovely and lively Ferragudo or the quaint market town of Lagoa.

The apartment is close to golf courses Vale do Milho, Vale da Pinta and Gramacho, tennis, shops, potteries and water parks. Guests daily shopping can be done in Carvoeiro or the close-by supermarket Intermarche. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars are just right on the doorstep!

Lovely nature, hilly surroundings and everything is available including bars, restaurants, shops but also doctors, pharmacies, dentists and more. This apartment is also an excellent staring point to discover the Algarve.

There is also a lively former fisherman's villas with typical village square, local fish market, disco and many restaurants of any kind offering local, Thai, Indian, Italian, German and more.
