Villa Louella is a new luxury villa located in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro and yet within a five minute walk of the shops and restaurants and a ten minute walk to the beach. The villa is built to a very high and contemporary specification and has very pleasant gardens with lawned areas. It has a large private infinity pool plus a separate children's pool (pool heating available).
In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches, there are three golf courses within a ten minute drive, a superb waterslide park, tennis and horse riding all available locally.
Internally the villa has the following specification; 3 king size bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk in shower and twin vanity sinks. Private balcony with beautiful views. Bedrooms two and three have en-suite, walk in shower rooms and bedroom four has a family bathroom with bath and shower fitting.
There is a also a guest cloakroom. The kitchen is a large and contemporary overlooking the decking and swimming pool. It has a centre island that includes electric cooker and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Large open plan dining room that also overlooks the decking and pool. Spacious living room with private terrace overlooking the garden and pool and with steps to the barbecue, pool area and garden. Flat screen satellite TV, blu-ray DVD and Yamaha music system with IPOD dock. All bedrooms and the lounge have satellite TV. and all rooms have air conditioning. Utility room which contains washing machine and drier. Games room.
Large infinity private swimming pool with decking surround plus separate children’s pool both of which can be heated. The pool and children’s pool have the ambience of a spa with the surrounding decking. Barbecue with sink. A number of terraces and relaxation areas from bedrooms and lounge. Pleasant landscaped gardens which are lit and include lawned areas. The villa is walled and fenced for privacy and security and is accessed through electric gates.

Carvoeiro is becoming increasingly popular with the discerning villa holidaymaker. Centred around the quaint fishing village the villas are of a high quality. There are many villas which are within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. To both east and west are further sandy beaches and at Benagil and Praia do Carvalho you will find sandy coves which, even at the height of summer, offer space and calm. Sports are well catered for, there being two 18 hole golf courses at Carvoeiro Golf and the 9 hole course at Vale de Milho. Tennis is also available at the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and only a five minute drive away is ‘Slide ‘n’ Splash’, a superb water slide park. For trips out, Portimao is a major shopping centre and the restaurants around the fishing harbour offer the freshest fish possible. The Monchique hills, the spa town of Caldas and the historic centre of Silves are all only a short drive away.
