Casa Velha ('Old Home') has been newly built using the colours and style of Portuguese colonial architecture, with a single central courtyard, typical of the colonial past, overlooked by romantic wooden balconies. It consists of only a few clean elegant apartments and stylish reception, cafe and bar.

The penthouse apartment has the romance of sea views, seclusion and privacy ideal for 2, but can sleep 4 easily.

The large private terrace can only be accessed from the penthouse and is for the exclusive use of the occupants of the penthouse only.

The local small town is Sal Rei, a short stroll from the apartment. This is a new resort, so new facilities and buildings are appearing all the time
