Three double fully fitted bedrooms, the Master is En Suite,a Family Bathroom with a Bath and Wet shower. A lower patio and garden is ideal for secluded sunbathing. A large shopping Mall is five minutes away, and local restaurants are in abundance.
Is central for all the tourist routes. Several sandy beaches Atlantic or Indian are very close. One beach is famous for surf riding and diving is very popular. See the animals in the National Park and cool down on the beaches.The historic town of Simonstown and its Naval Base is very close and the Penquins of Boulders, local golf available. Capetown is 45 minutes away,Table Mountain and the Waterfront with an abundance of Duty Free shopping ,vibrant day or night with many restaurants. Boat trips around the harbour and sunset cruises, a must is a cruise to Nelson Mandellas Robben Island.
For sports Sea Point has a new Football Stadium, Newlands for Cricket and Rugby . The City is full of duty free jewellery and diamond, shops, plus the larger Store . Ideally situated for Golfing Holidays.

The upper patio has table and chairs for 6.You can sit outside and enjoy those coctails. whilst cooking. A babies cot and an extra put u up bed can be provided.

The House is 45 minutes from Capetown International Airport to Capri Village which is close to Fishoek. A car can be arranged for transport to and from the house for the airport. The driver would be able to point out points of interest. Local car hire is advised and can be arranged.
