Description

Recently Converted Barn on the edge of the village of Preston comprising three bedrooms each have en suite.

Plenty of off road Parking at the rear of the Barn

The Garden has a Gas Barbecue and a 6 person Hot Tub.

The Stable can Accommodate 8 guests plus 1 Baby, plus a well behaved Dog or Pet. A compound can be used for the Dog if the family eat out.

The Barn can be split to Accommodate Two Families but the Studio has limited cooking facility's

Preston is a small village set in open countryside with Village Shop, Butchers and a Public House with a Restaurant all only 200 metres away. The British Golf Open Championship 2011 at Royal St. Georgre's Sandwich is only 14K away.

This area is ideal for walking and cycling and there are regular sightings of Heron, Marsh harrier, Sparrowhalk, Hoopoe, Egrets plus a Blue Winged Teal at the Stodmarsh Nature Reserve.

Canterbury surrounded by a medieval city walls, visit World Heritage Sites, St Augustine’s Abbey, or the Canterbury Cathedral exploring the Crypt and Cloisters. Canterbury also offers many other tourist attractions including, Historic River Tours, Canterbury Tales attraction, or the Tower Gardens.

Whitefriars Shopping Centre, next to St Johns Gardens and the Mall

The Channel Tunnel or the Port of Dover for all your Duty Free goods make easy day trips to both France and Belgium.

For garden lovers Kent and East Sussex boast many famous and beautiful gardens to visit. Gardens include Goodnestone Park Gardens, Leeds Castle, Mount Ephraim, Great Dixter in Northiam, Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. A lovely afternoon can be spent exploring these gardens and enjoying tea and cakes. a

The Stables which can sleep 8 in 3 Bedrooms, the Barn also has a Hay Loft Studio which can sleep 4 (please note the cooking in the Hay loft is limited to Kettle, Toaster, Microwave/Grill and Larder Fridge.
