The Barn can be split to Accommodate Two Families but the Studio has limited cooking facility's

Preston is a small village set in open countryside with Village Shop, Butchers and a Public House with a Restaurant all only 200 yards away.

This area is ideal for walking and cycling and there are regular sightings of Heron, Marsh harrier, Sparrowhalk, Hoopoe, Egrets plus a Blue Winged Teal at the Stodmarsh Nature Reserve.

Canterbury surrounded by a medieval city walls, visit, World Heritage Sites, St Augustine’s Abbey, or the Canterbury Cathedral exploring the Crypt and Cloisters. Canterbury also offers many other tourist attractions including, Historic River Tours, Canterbury Tales attraction, or the Tower Gardens.

Whitefriars Shopping Centre, next to St Johns Gardens and the Mall

The Channel Tunnel or the Port of Dover for all your Duty Free goods make easy day trips to both France and Belgium.

For garden lovers Kent and East Sussex boast many famous and beautiful gardens to visit. Gardens include Goodnestone Park Gardens, Leeds Castle, Mount Ephraim, Great Dixter in Northiam, Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. A lovely afternoon can be spent exploring these gardens and enjoying tea and cakes. a

The Barn was designed for Groups or Families could share but still have some space for themselves it can be internally divided.

The Stables which can sleep 6 in 3 Bedrooms, plus Sofa Bed added to this the Barn also has a Hay Loft Studio which can sleep 4 (please note the cooking in the Hay loft is limited to Kettle, Toaster, Microwave/Grill and Larder Fridge.

The drive is a gated and shared with the owner for parking at the rear. A timber ramp is set to rear door of the Family room to aid wheel chairs. A Portable Gas Barbecue can be sited to suit visitors or the evening Sun Set. There is a 6 person Hot Tub for visitors.

A Kennel with compound can be used for your Dog, so visitors can have an evening out at the local Restaurants. The dog can be taken with you the short walk (200 Yards) to the Local Public House which also has a Restaurant, plus they do Fish and Chip takeaway to order.

Kent "The Garden of England" we enjoy the best Weather in the UK for the local Fruit and Vegetable so the climate is ideal for the Holiday Maker, with coach tours in the spring of Fruit Trees in full Blossom.

Canterbury with its famous Cathedral is only 8miles away, plus Saint Augustin's Abby and the Norman Castle not forgetting the St John's and the Westgate Gardens.
