Arrival time is after 4pm and before 7pm.
Arrangements can be made to meet after hours, but please be aware that the agent charges a fee for meeting after hours and for Sunday and Public Holiday arrivals/departures.
Reservations require a damage deposit of €500.00, which is payable by credit card. The deposit will be refunded after your departure, subject to all being in order after your stay. This deposit will only be processed the day before you arrive. This is to facilitate guests so that the refund will off-set the deposit before their bill arrives.
*. A 25% non-refundable deposit is requested on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

For all the Family: Playgrounds for juniors in Cannes centre. "le petit train", a little mechanical train that drives you around Cannes' old town. Antibes (10min drive): Marineland: Shark tunnel; dolphin displays etc. Aquasplash: Giant water slides; wave pool etc. Wild West Farm: Pony rides, paddleboat rides, etc. Adventure Golf: 18hole mini-golf. Antibesland: Fun fair open every evening. Go-Karting: Crazy Golf: Beach: Banana boats and paragliding. Boat trip to Isle de Lerins, where the man in the Iron mask was incarcerated. Diving:. Tourist Train: "le petit train” Leaves Croisette just in front of the Palais des Festivals, a great way to see the old part of Cannes. Restaurants for adults: If you chose to wander around and pick your own restaurant, the main street for restaurants is Rue Suquet, it’s behind the Hotel de Ville (town hall), last narrow street, up a hill. You will find that the standard of meal varies, as do the prices. Even if you are not eating on Rue Suquet, it is worth a visit, it is a very beautiful area of Cannes. Shopping: Unless you are Paris Hilton, head for Rue Meynadier and Rue D’Antibes. These streets are behind the Croisette and run parallel to the coast line. You should go to La Napoule some evening for dinner, it is a very pretty and lively village, Great restaurants for children here. San Remo, Italy, TRAINS EVERY 30 MINS; JOURNEY TIME 2HR 15 MINS Market every Tuesday morning, worth a visit. About an hour drive and kids will love the buzz. Go early. MONTE-CARLO – MONACO: TRAINS EVERY 17 MINS; JOURNEY TIME 1hr Palace worth a visit. Home of Grand Prix, Mega Casino, Mega Yachts and Mega Rich. Take the little tourist train around town. NICE: TRAINS EVERY 17 MINS; JOURNEY TIME 40 mins Biot: A medieval village with strong glass-blowing tradition. Beautiful place to visit. Grasse: bus Ligne 610; 20 busses per day; Journey time 1 hour. Famous as the World Capital of Perfumery. Free tours of perfume factories, very interesting. Old town Grasse is beautiful and untouched. Tourist office in Cannes (near Palais des Festivals) will fill you in on further information on these places and more (St. Paul de Vence/Menton/St. Tropez/Vence/Gourdon) places to visit whilst you are in Cote d’Azur.

Accurate description of apartment and location. Spacious beautiful apartment with al modern conveniences. Very private and quiet apartment in a very good location.
We were well informed by owner and she was a pleasure to deal with.
I travel to this area regularly and have seen similar apartments for a much larger rental. This apartment is very very good value for money.

I'm from the south of France and I know very well this area. My wife parents decided to come visit from Czech Republic and we all had a blast.
As I said I know the area very well as I was working there for 5 years and I haven't seen too many place with such a nice standing for the price we paid.
Plus the owner made it very easy for us all through the renting process. She was caring and worried about our well being before, while being there and after...
It is a very charming, nice and neat place to stay, that I highly recommend.
I believe also that the fact that Mrs Sinnott is being professional and caring adds value to the whole renting service.

Were met on arrrival by lovely lady, who gave us her number in case we needed her throughout our stay

Kids loved it (ages 8, & twins 15) especially the pool.
Pool was supervised, which allowed us to let them off without worry.
Owner very helpful and Info pack supplied helped us to plan things to do, it even included bus timetable....which gave us peace when the twins went into Cannes on the bus!
