The Condo looks like a villa. It is only at the ground floor, with a private parking and a private entrance. Fully renovated outside and inside in 2007, this apartment includes a living room and a 45 square meter American kitchen and glass doors that open onto a garden with an access to the swimming pool. There is a TV room opening on the living room, and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed with private bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds that can be combined upon request. The third room has two 90 cm single beds, one upon the other. Both rooms overlook an interior courtyard and have double-paned windows for extra quiet surroundings.
Join celebrities, artists, and the eminently fashionable on the French Riviera at this apartment in Cannes. Regardless of whether you're any or all of the above, this Cote d'Azur apartment is the perfect place to strut your stuff! Get a golden tan on the beach, tour museums and sights, or hang out at hip locations to mingle with the stars. Even if you're not a celebrity, having your own French Riviera accommodation will certainly make you feel like one --and that's what matters, after all.
Cannes Aera is also easy to reach, as it sits directly on the main rail line from Italy to Marseille and is served by the TGV, France's high-speed train. Shuttles to the international airport in Nice run every half hour during the day.
Other places in the area to visit include, of course Monte Carlo, Nice, and St. Tropez, but there are also some other smaller places that are worth the stop. Antibes was briefly the home of Napoleon and his family, and here you will find a naval museum as well as the star-shaped Fort Carre and a Provencal market. Grasse is well known as the perfume capital of the world, while St. Paul is both a picturesque hill town and the location of Fondation Maeght, the famed modern art museum. So take your time and explore the area!

Super Time in Cannes
We had a super time in this fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Cannes. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated to the highest standards and was a real pleasure to stay in. The location is great, near the town, near the beach, yet very secluded. There was lots of room for the five of us and we got great use out of the pool when we weren't at the beach!
While there are lots of wonderful restaurants in the Cannes area, we enjoyed staying in some nights, using the excellent kitchen and BBQ facilities.
All in all it was a great holiday. We have wonderful memories and will no doubt go back some day.
Thank you Alain for the great hospitality.
Best wishes Donal
Highly Reccomended Holiday Home
This is a great location for a holiday in Cannes. The accommodation is beautifully presented and well equipped. Our three children (7, 11 and 14) loved the location and especially the 21m pool. Note the shallowest area was around 1.2m deep and the deepest around 2.5m. It is an easy 20 minute walk to La Croisette and all its attractions, yet is in an incredibly peaceful private area surrounded by mature trees and gardens. We have rented villas and apartments all over Europe for many years and this is the best we have seen.
Paradise
I have been renting this lovely home during the Cannes Film Festival for three years. Every year upon arrival I am in awe of the beauty that the home and the garden portray. I entertain my cients in the lush garden and also invite guests to enjoy some R & R in the pool. In the evening, the lighting of the patio and the lighting that is directed onto the 350 year old tree makes a very surreal setting. Guests along with myself, especially enjoy taking pictures leaning against this beautiful tree that Mother Earth has to offer.
Upon the entrance to the home is a beautiful olive tree that i think is about the same age. The home has a beautiful flow to it and compliments to the kitchen. I am a Private Chef, so I think the owner has thought of everything when it comes time to cooking. The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool is always at a perfect temperature and so crystal blue. I just got back home....and with writing this review, I don't think next year can come fast enough. I truly wish i could spend more time there...maybe some day.

Great Holiday Rental
We spent two weeks in the condo this summer (2010) & had a wonderful time. The accommodation is spacious, well-furnished & comfortable - although we found the master bed a bit small. Everything you need is provided, and the condo is clean & well maintained. The outside patio, garden & pool areas are fantastic. It's in a lovely green & quiet part of Cannes but is a matter of minutes away from the beach & shopping district.
Cannes itself is a beautiful town & there are lots of other places to visit & see within a short distance.
The owner Alain was extremely helpful throughout & was very pleasant to deal with.
Thank you again, and best wishes
Great Time
We had a great time in Cannes and this villa made the experience even better. Overall it was a very pleasing experience from all aspects (the place, the area and the owner was really helpful).
The villa is fully furnished (in a modern style) and everything thing that we needed was available starting with bed sheets and towels and ending with internet connection, cable TV, washing machine , cooker, microwave etc etc etc.. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available.
The location is great and is only a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the center of main activities/restaurants/beaches and if you don’t feel like going into town then you could enjoy a quite day/evening in the back garden and start a BBQ and lounge around the swimming pool (which we did for a few days in our stay); So if you want to relax and lounge then you could stay in the villa as the area is really private, secluded and quite otherwise if you feel like a bit of activity then as mentioned earlier it’s just a 15 minute walk.
To sum it up it was a great holiday and we would definitely stay at the same place if we decide to go back to Cannes. Thumbs up and thank you very much for the great hospitality.
Best wishes

An excellent place to stay in Cannes
My two children aged 11 and 13 and I stayed here for 10 days in mid July . The apartment is large and clean and being on the ground floor has the advantage of a large private garden space There is a shared large swimming pool(well gated off so that toddlers and young children cannot stray in unsupervised) in the condo but we had it to ourselves most days. Alain the owner, was most helpful and easily contactable and gave us lots of advice on Cannes and local areas to visit . We went to St Paul de Vence on his recommendation and it was a great day out for us all.
The apartment is located in a secure private parc and parking right outside is easy and free . Not that a car is essential. We walked to the Croisette and its beaches in 10 minutes and on one day walked to the Cannes railway station and did a day trip to Monaco.
Many evenings we came back and barbeced fres fish and meat in the garden . The kitchen is extremely well equipped.
I would very much recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in Cannes. We have been to many villas and apartments on various holidays. My children rated this as the best. They enjoyed waking to the Croisette and sitting in the nearest parade of shops on the way (5minute walk) where there is an open air cafe where the locals who often come there were very friendly. Walking to the beach also allowed us to explore downtown Cannes including buying superb fresh pasta at an Italian deli (thanks for recommending that Alain).
Any downsides? My children could not find any. I would say that if you are not keen on walking around then a car is useful as it is easy to park in the car parks in Cannes and a car would be essential for exploring the surrounding area and towns/beaches on the Cote D'Azur.
