Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 degree Celsius in winter months to 30 degree Celsius in summer months. However most times, it's 25 degree Celsius.

The Dark volcanic sandy beach at Puerto Colon is only 200 metres from the complex and it offers a range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

There are several golf courses all close at hand including Playa de las Americas Golf,

Golf Costa Adeje, Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf.

There are full variety of water sports, fishing and adventure trips from the beach adjacent to the complex. The guests can also have a pleasure trip to Mount Teide, the north, Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque.

The property is across from San Eugenio shopping centre which has a main supermarket, shops, restaurants, banks/exchanges, nightlife, entertainment, beach sports and excursions.

Booking notes:

To reserve/book, a £75 deposit is required for each week booked and balance is six weeks before departure.

1 bedroom apartment from £285 per week for 2 people.

2 bedroom apartment from £365 per week for 2 people

Christmas / New Year are only booked together, from £400/week with minimum stay of 10 nights.

Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin with mirror vanity unit. There is also a washing machine.
