This secluded luxury villa sits in its own multi-levels gardens in the Urbanisation of Mas Pere, a short distance from the famous beaches of the Costa Brava. It is finished to a very high standard and comprehensively equipped with all modern conveniences. While the exterior of the property benefits from sunny as well as shady areas, the interior of the house has been tastefully decorated and feels like a 'home from home'. There is off-road parking for one vehicle. The pool is suitable for young children and can be seen from the terraces adjacent to the sitting and dining rooms. The property has electric heating throughout and is situated close to some excellent golf courses as well as beautiful beaches.

NOTE: - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking, with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday start-date please.

- A breakage/security deposit of £250 is required, to be paid upon arrival - this deposit will be refunded to you, less any breakage costs, within 14 days of the end-date of the holiday.

- A charge of 150€ will be made for cleaning the property and laundering the bed linens & Towels at the end of your holiday, which is payable with the final balance.

- We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance because, if you cancel and we are not able to re-let your booking period, we cannot provide any refund once the final balance has been paid.

- Minimum stay is usually weekly & Changeover day is normally Saturday, but we may be able to be flexible on bookings made outside the high & peak summer periods.

Car required?	recommended This unique area of the Costa Brava remains unspoilt, and is characterised by green, lush rolling hillsides covered in evergreen cork, olive and oak. There are magnificent beaches, sandy coves, and historic coastal and inland villages to visit, all within easy driving distance. The local area also has beautiful coastal walks and countryside trails to enjoy. Plenty of activities for young people, including all the usual water-sports, plus cycling, kayaking, snorkelling, horse riding, karting, quad-biking- all nearby. It's also easy to get to the wonderful cities of Barcelona and Perpignan for a day out, by train or car, and the beautiful and historic towns of Girona, La Bisbal, Besalu, Cadaques and Figueres, are even nearer, as well as the Undeveloped, Naturist beach of Castell with its Ancient Iberic ruins. There are many family activities nearby like the Aguadiver Waterpark, PPS Theme park, and Magic Land Amusement park. Our agents live close by and will be happy to assist you.
Local leisure activities	There are 8 excellent championship courses and 2 par 3 courses all within 5 - 40 minutes drive of from our luxury property. Five of which were voted among the top 50 golf courses in Europe by Golf World. The famous Mas Nou Golf Course, with its incredible views, lies at the top of the mountain directly opposite. Don’t assume that a low handicap ensures you won’t loose a few balls!!! For the less adventurous there are 7 other golf courses at normal altitude! The Club de Golf in Sant Cristina d´Aro, The Serres de Pals Golf Course & The Playa de Pals Golf Course in Pals, and the PGA Golf de Catalunya Golf Course only 20 min away. A visit to the ever improving and expanding Emporda Golf Courses is essential. The Pitch & Putt par 3 golf courses are great quality golf courses, for the more inexperienced, or casual golfers, wishing to enjoy an afternoon of fresh air, and natural settings while chatting and entertaining with friends.
