The situation of this Villa is great, situated in the Vizcomtat de Cabanyes, a very prestigious and well sort after area. The a garden overlooks the beautiful medieval village of Calonge, with views to the sea. The interior has been recently refurbished, with quality finishes through out. The terraces are large and spacious and you will find yourself spending a lot of time there overlooking the garden the pool and with magnificent views of the Medieval village. The church bells can be heard in the afternoons and provides a great ambiance. 3 Rooms have access to the terrace, with 2 having en-suite bathrooms. There is an elevator for the elderly of infirm. NOTE: - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking, with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday start-date please.

- A breakage/security deposit of £250 is required, to be paid upon arrival - this deposit will be refunded to you, less any breakage costs, within 14 days of the end-date of the holiday.

- A charge of 150€ will be made for cleaning the property and laundering the bed linens & Towels at the end of your holiday, which is payable with the final balance.

- We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance because, if you cancel and we are not able to re-let your booking period, we cannot provide any refund once the final balance has been paid.

-Minimum stay is usually a week, and changeover day is normally Saturday, but we may be able to be flexible on bookings made outside the peak & high summer periods.

Car required?	recommended This unique area of the Costa Brava remains unspoilt, and is characterised by green, lush rolling hillsides covered in evergreen cork, olive and oak. There are magnificent beaches, sandy coves, and historic coastal and inland villages to visit, all within easy driving distance. The local area also has beautiful coastal walks and countryside trails to enjoy. Plenty of activities for young people, including all the usual water-sports, plus cycling, kayaking, snorkelling, horse riding, karting, quad-biking- all nearby. It's also easy to get to the wonderful cities of Barcelona and Perpignan for a day out, by train or car, and the beautiful and historic towns of Girona, La Bisbal, Besalu, Cadaques and Figueres, are even nearer, as well as the Undveleoped, Naturistic beach of Castell with its Ancient Iberic ruins. There are many family activities nearby like the Aguadiver Waterpark, PPS Theme park, and Magic Land Amusement park. Our agents live close by and will be happy to assist you.
Local leisure activities	There are 8 excellent championship courses and 2 par 3 courses all within 5 - 40 minutes drive of from our luxury property. Five of which were voted among the top 50 golf courses in Europe by Golf World. The famous Mas Nou Golf Course, with its incredible views, lies at the top of the mountain directly opposite. Don’t assume that a low handicap ensures you won’t loose a few balls!!! For the less adventurous there are 7 other golf courses at normal altitude! The Club de Golf in Sant Cristina d´Aro, The Serres de Pals Golf Course & The Playa de Pals Golf Course in Pals, and the PGA Golf de Catalunya Golf Course only 20 min away. A visit to the ever improving and expanding Emporda Golf Courses is essential. The Pitch & Putt par 3 golf courses are great quality golf courses, for the more inexperienced, or casual golfers, wishing to enjoy an afternoon of fresh air, and natural settings while chatting and entertaining with friends.
