The cottage has been sensitively modernized,to retain its unique character,whilst providing the best of modern facilities,including full central heating.
There is a large well equipped kitchen/dining room, with, a washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and electric cooker.
The bathroom has a shower and bath.
The comfortable lounge is large and cosy, with digital TV video, dvd recorder .
There are three bedrooms, one double, one single on the ground floor. Another bedrom is upstairs with two [2ft6] single beds . Bedlinen and electricity are both included in the price.
There is a large safe well kept garden, and ample parking.
Bryn Gwyn makes an ideal base for walking,sight seeing,and is only 4 miles from the royal town of Caernarfon.
There are clean golden beaches a short drive away. The area is quiet and rural.
There are superb panoramic views to the front of the cottage,which overlooks caernarfon castle,the menai straits,and far across the isle of anglesey.
To the rear of the cottage are the mountains of snowdonia,with the distinctive Elephant Mountain and off to the right,have breath taking views.
