Our spacious Studio is superbly situated on The Crescent, an elegant Edwardian Terrace. Just two steps up from the pavement and 30 seconds walk from the seafront, it is our first and most popular apartment.
Fully refurbished and furnished to a high standard, the flat offers all you could want for a traditional seaside holiday.
Full central heating makes it an ideal winter getaway.

The living area is light and airy, and has a leather suite that easily converts to a double bed. The décor is modern, and contemporary artwork make it a true home from home. Facilities include Flat Screen TV, DVD player and discs, Freeview, CD/MP3 player, Playstation 2 with games, surfboard etc. Toys, boardgames and beach items are provided for the younger guests. Dining area to seat four.
There is one double bedroom, raised from the main living area and curtained for privacy. The bed is made ready for your arrival, and we supply quilts and pillows for the bed-settee. We can also supply linen for the bed settee for a small extra charge - please enquire.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
Basics such as dishcloths, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc. are all provided, in addition to store-cupboard essentials. The kitchen is extensively stocked, and you should find everything you need.
The spacious shower room has a good sized walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a washing machine is provided.
1 mile South of Bridlington. The site is perfect for kids and dogs, a very short, safe walk to the beach. There are (seasonal) on site shops, an excellent Italian Restaurant, amusements and entertainment, fish and chip shop and wonderful walking.
A twenty minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the heart of Bridlington, or explore the empty shoreline further South.

The flats and chalets provide a perfect base for exploring the gorgeous East Coast of Yorkshire. The towns of Scarborough and Whitby are a short drive away, and picturesque villages such as Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes are in easy reach. Further afield are York, The North Yorkshire Moors and The Yorkshire Dales. The town of Bridlington offers everything for families and couples alike for a traditional seaside holiday. The beaches are blue flag, the nightlife is lively, and there is an abundance of recreational activities within walking distance. These include; wonderful blue flag beaches sea-fishing diving walking excellent dining shows and entertainment for all at the family refurbished Spa pubs and clubs fairground pleasure boats golf Slightly further afield there is horse riding, off-road driving etc.

The studio apartment is superbly situated just 30 seconds walk from the seafront and fairground, and two minutes from the town centre, harbour, leisure centre and all amenities.
The Crescent is a peaceful location- the gardens outside the flat have been redesigned and provide the perfect place to sit and relax. By car, it is approached via Cliff Street, and there is on-street parking available directly outside the flat. However, it is very popular with day trippers, who can park for an hour in the residential zone. If a spot isn't available when you arrive, there is always one later in the evening after the visitors go home. The parking permit supplied enables visitors to park anywhere in the residential permit zone throughout Bridlington.
