Our superb quality apartments have beautiful sea views. The central heating and lighting is non-metered and there is free parking for one car and free WI – FI access for each apartment. They are non-smoking and have high grade fire and sound regulations ensuring a safe and quiet stay in relaxing surroundings. They are located just 75 metres from the South beach, 200 metres from the Lively Harbour, and the award winning Spa Theatre complex. All the amenities of the Town Centre are just 5 minutes level walk away allowing easy access to all the handy shops, bars etc.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Once again for 2011, both apartments have won the coveted Gold Award. This is awarded for Quality and Service by National Tourism Visit England and are only given to the top 7% in England. They are currently the only ones awarded in Bridlington.

TERMS and CONDITIONS TARIFFS quoted are based on two persons per apartment with a minimum 3 night stay. PARKING is provided for one car per apartment. These are NON-SMOKING premises and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises. PETS are NOT permitted anywhere on the premises. We will provide the following laundry for your stay; 1 set of bed linen, 1 Bath towel and 1 Hand towel per person, 2 tea-towels, 1 kitchen towel. No liability is accepted for loss /damage to personal items (inc. vehicles). Deposits are non refundable unless it has been possible to re-let the booking. A deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the booking. If the balance of the booking is not received by the due date then the apartment will be available for re-let. If the booking is due to commence less than four weeks from the start of the booking then the whole of the payment is due. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Apartments MUST be vacated before 10.00am on day of departure. Arrival after 2.00pm. Please note that we would ask visitors to keep their apartment clean and tidy and to avoid undue noise which may disturb other guests
