Description
Set in its own pretty landscaped garden beside 2,500 acres of the Crynant Forest with miles of uninterrupted walking or mountain biking. Certainly no need to get in the car except to drive down to the small town of Ystradgynlais (2 miles) to one of the local pubs or a little further to The Brecon Beacons in one direction, only 13 miles to Swansea and The wonderful Beaches of The Mumbles or 7 miles to the Vale of Neath.
There is a newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a freezer. There is a door out of the kitchen to a small sun room. The comfortable sitting room has reclining sofa, chair and large windows with a lovely view over the garden and woodlands. TV with SKY Plus.
There is a dining room with dining table and chairs. The bathroom is downstairs with a bath, shower over, handbasin and toilet.
Upstairs to 2 bedroom
Bedroom1: Master bedroom with a four foot bed
Bedroom 2: with a single bed.
Out of the windows there are lovely views over the garden.

Cefn Coed Colliery Museum is only 3 miles and Craig-y-nos Country Park and Dan-yr-Ogof Show Caves 7 miles.
