Situated very close to both Bournemouth centre and the beaches the property sits back from a quiet residential road benefiting from a generous, landscaped garden for our guests to relax and unwind. The addition of an entirely new floor is one of the features of Montrose Lodge, presenting superb rooftop apartments.
The apartment features its own entrance with a generously spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and large double doors to the outside area. There is a well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with en-suites and a bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Elegant and serene, offering a harmonised combination of contemporary and traditional features, the apartments are conveniently located a very short walk from town centre and the beaches. Enjoy amenities such as flat screen LCD TV, WIFI access and deluxe toiletries and bath sheets.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and groups of people under 25.

Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £350 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The apartment is located in the West Cliff area where you can find local bars, restaurants and Durley Chine a leafy walk which leads directly to the sea front.
Bournemouth town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Here you will also find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.
Take a walk up Hengistbury head and you’ll be greeted with wonderful views of the coastline and the Isle of Wight. Stroll down the other side and you’ll find yourself on the beach where you can quench your thirst in the café or catch a boat over to Christchurch. The priory town with its castle ruins and natural harbour offers some lovely locations for lunch or dinner.
The summer months see Bournemouth come alive with firework displays, candlelight nights, events for children and even an air festival on the beach. From mid November and throughout December the town centre becomes home to a German Christmas market, where you can buy traditional gifts or just sit and enjoy a nice glass of Gluhwein!
Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
