Roughly half way between Poole and Sandbanks, the main beach is approx 1 ½ miles, Poole Park 1 ½ miles and Poole Quay and centre approx 2 miles distant.
This Marine Styled detached house is stylishly finished and furnished to a high standard throughout, being both light and spacious ideal for families to come and stay with plenty of room spread out over the three floors. The property is also ideally located half way between Poole and Sandbanks, which is great for the beach access and also shopping.
This luxury holiday home is located just a short 20 minutes walk from the golden sandy beaches of Sandbanks, with easy accessibility to all the attractions and amenities of Bournemouth and Poole. Beautifully presented, this four bedroom town house is set over three floors comprising of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite shower rooms. The ground floor hosts two smaller double bedrooms with a connecting shower room, accessible from both the communal hallway and first bedroom. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and private access to the communal split level garden. There is also a small laundry room and plenty of storage space. The first floor opens up to a stunning open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with breathtaking views over poole harbour and a large balcony to enjoy them from. The top floor has a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom a light and modern master bedroom with a large ensuite shower room and access to private balcony, again overlooking the spectacular views of the harbour.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. This accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only. We do not accept Hen/Stag parties and groups of people under 25.
Optional extras available include- Midweek linen change, extra towels, key postage and a personal check in service.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £500 (whatever the amount for the specific property) is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.

The property is located in Lilliput close to Sandbanks, famous for its high property values, you’ll find the beach is sandy and flat with shallow waters making it a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing.
Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you’ll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch.
Poole town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Head down to Poole Quay and you’ll find plenty to see and do, play in the amusements, catch the land train or take a boat over to Brownsea Island. The Island is home to the endangered red squirrel and offers lovely walks and views of the harbour. If you fancy going further afield you can even catch a ferry to Jersey. Poole Park offers tennis courts, a miniature railway and an indoor soft play centre for children.
The summer months see Poole come alive with weekly firework displays from the Quay and Sandbanks, speedway events, weekly bike meets- where you can come and find the biker in you and evening boat trips around the harbour.
Head down to Bournemouth town centre and you'll find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views.
Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
