Pebble Cottage has three bedrooms comfortably sleep seven guests. The cottage has a rustic setting.
The cottages sit well back from the road and are set within the attractive well maintained grounds of an old manor house. To the front of each cottage is a patio area with rustic bench seating. On the main lawns there are picnic tables enabling guests both to sit and read or dine al fresco. Each cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchens are fully fitted with integrated appliances including oven/hob, tall fridge/ freezer, w/machine/dryer and microwave oven. The glorious beaches of Bournemouth are about a five minute walk from the cottages. Bournemouth is a vibrant and popular town with a variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment and miles of renowned blue flag sandy beaches. Beautifully landscaped gardens lead through the centre of the town to the pier, BIC, Oceanarium and other attractions.
The famously up market area of Sandbanks in Poole is approximately a twetnty minute drive from Bournemouth and its white sandy beaches, palms and stunning coastline should be seen. Visit the Poole Quay with its many fine restaurants, marina and under cover shopping centre make for a very pleasant day out. A ferry from Sandbanks can also be taken across to Brownsea Island and to Studland and historic Corfe Castle.
In Bournemouth you will find an abundance of leisure activities. There are a number of Tennis Courts and Clubs of International repute; many Bowling Alleys and not least of all Golf Courses. So you can bring your irons. There is also, of course, Surfing and swimming. The Horse Riding Schools will appeal to the equestrians.
The beautiful New Forest is within easy driving distance and here will be found quaint little shops, olde inns, tea rooms and roaming New Forest ponies. The village of Burley is particularly popular and the surrounding areas of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst (to name just three) are all delightful. The world famous Beaulieu motor museum is also within driving distance as are other 'must see' places too numerous to specify.
The dry run ski centre at Christchurch with its many associated activities is also well worth a visit and a stroll along the beautiful River Stour (stopping at the Old Mill gift shop and tea rooms) takes you to the historic Tenth century Christchurch Priory and castle ruins. For the children, a visit to Alice in Wonderland (opposite Bournemouth International airport) is a wonderful way to spend a day.

A booking deposit of £100 is required on confirmation of dates as a security bond which is refunded on satisfactory inspection of the property after you vacate. The full tariff is payable at least one month prior to arrival. Should there be any reason to cancel the booking within that period, a refund will be made if the booking can be re-filled. The payment is made by cheque or bank transfer. You can choose.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate by 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow access to the cleaners. Incoming guests may not be able to gain access until 4 p.m. on day of arrival due to cleaning.
Long weekend/mid week breaks are welcome subject to availability. However, due to the same preparation being required for both long term and short break rentals, a minimum of £245 will be chargeable. Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday but flexibility can be considered.
This cottage is ideal for 5 persons but can sleep 7. If there are more than 5 persons, please note that there is a charge of £15 per additional person.

This mews cottage is located about 6 minutes walk from Bournemouth Central train and coach stations. If you If you are travelling by car follow the A338 from the M27 through to Bournemouth where you will find us in the East Cliff area.
Hurn Airport, the Bournemouth International Airport, is about 20 minutes by taxi to the cottage.
From any oher airport you will need to take a train or coach to Bournemouth and a taxi from the Central Interchange unless you prefer to walk. It's just about a six minute walk to the cottages.
