The apartment is on the 2nd floor with stair and elevator access, a balcony overlooking snow capped pine trees and piste.
We can arrange an introduction for a complete ski package, including airport transfers, ski hire equipment, ski tuition and ski passes.
Heated indoor swimming pool is available at a small cost.
The garden & tennis court are shared by the apartment owners.
Skiing : Borovets offers 19 well kept and lift equipped ski runs totalling over 58 kilometres in length, descending from a high point of 2,560 meters above sea level, with a maximum vertical drop of 1,420 meters. The Borovets ski season runs from December through to April with a snow cover of more than 1.5 meters. It also has snow guns for producing snow, and some slopes are illuminated for skiing at night. There are slopes of varying degrees of difficulty suitable for skiers of all skill levels. All ski runs are marked according to international standards with signs in several languages. Borovets has excellent ski schools with instructors speaking English, German, French and Russian. We can arrange an introduction for a complete ski package, including airport transfers, ski hire equipment, ski tuition and ski passes.
Other : Borovets offers active night life with bars, discos, night clubs, restaurants and bowling alley. There are things to do all year-round in or around Borovets – walking, mountain or quad biking, sailing, fishing or simply touring quaint small towns, historic churches, monasteries or local shops.

Directions
From Samokov take the road signposted to Borovets. As you arrive at the main Borovets resort (right hand turning), Borovets Gardens is situated 50 metres further up the road on the left hand side.
