This villa provides all the comforts catered for including the three bedrooms with own bathrooms, and travertine flooring as well as air-conditioning throughout. Within five minutes walking of local fish restaurants, shopping and more attractions.
With such interesting spots, guests may take a stroll to the marina and town centre for the authentic Turkish life where a friendly welcome awaits everyone. Guests may also find that a night in enjoying the wide screen TV and extensive DVD collection whilst lounging on the white leather sofas.
The villa's three balconies cannot be ignored to sit and relax whilst watching the sun dip into the Aegean Sea. For those who prefer, then a full housekeeper service can be provided to prepare and serve meals on the elevated large upper floor balcony whilst looking out over the islands and enjoy a meal with views to die for, before retiring to the sumptuous beds ensuring a perfect nights sleep, before waking up to breakfast by a private pool, or stroll by the sea. Guests may also retire to the relaxing sunbeds available while watching the boats sailing past.
All rooms have dual air conditioning and heating, with travel cot and high chair available on request. All furnishings are of the highest quality with an impeccably clean welcome upon arrival ensuring the perfect start to a holiday with a personal greeting on arrival. Non Smoking inside the villa is implemented and internet access is also available on request.
Although within close proximity to all local facilities no car would be required, though to access the many villages and coastal bays a car would be recommended.
There are also high quality sunloungers and tables with private swimming pool kept spotless and inviting during a stay. A built in barbeque is on the large outside travertine dining patio for the guests' use as well as shaded areas, all with open unobstructed sea views.
Just 200 meters to the beach is where guests can enjoy the warm waters of the Aegean Sea while within 15 minutes walk, there are many secluded coves and beaches to explore and choose between shingle or sandy beaches.
Boat and car hire can also be arranged as well as discounted restaurant menus. The closest shop for groceries is situated at the road leading to the villa for all day to day shopping and a large supermarket is just within walking distance.

NOTE: To reserve your holiday dates please call or e-mail Sue Richardson (owner) who will promptly confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name and a deposit payment of 30% of the cost is due immediately (non refundable). Ten weeks prior to your holiday arrival the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £250 is required. On return from your holiday and subject that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is fully returned.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, pool available may - October inclusive.
