The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and mandarin groves and is only a couple of hundred meters from the beach and the crystal clear waters of the Agean sea. The small developement has a large swimming pool and 24 hour on-site supervision should you require any assistance.

Situated on the bodrum peninsula, Yalikavak is an ideal base to enjoy all the best that Turkey has to offer. With the clear blue waters of the Agean on your doorstep it's no wonder that scuba diving, snorkling, windsurfing, fishing and sailing are all well catered for. Turkey is a unique country where east and west meet, an exotic destination, rich in culture and tradition. Turkey has something to delight even the most seasoned traveler, and is rich in names and places that conjur up images of the exotic, Istanbul, Troy, Cleopatra, belly dancers and Turkish baths, all captivate the visitor. The Bodrum peninsula is one of the most beautiful regions of Turkey with mandarin and olive groves, traditional fishing villages, palm trees and sandy beaches lapped by the warm clear waters of the Aegean.

The main bedroom is ensuite and has a private balcony. There is a second double bedroom and a third with bunk beds with a well appointed bathroom opposite. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom on the first floor with bath and power shower. There is a seperate bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are fully tiled. The newly fitted kitchen has all that you need to make the most of the wonderful local ingredients. There are also two BBQ areas, one on the groundfloor terrace and another on the large roof terrace. The dinning area is part of the spacious open plan ground floor. For those warm evenings you can dine on the terrace downstairs or watch the sunset from the roof terrace and enjoy the cool sea breeze. There is a maid service available to clean and do the linen which is provided with the villa. All rooms are air conditioned which can also be used as heaters if the evenings turn cool.

The large commmunal pool has a shallow section for children and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. It sits in a quiet corner of the fishing village of Yalikavak, famous for its sponge divers and is a short walk from the beach and the centre of town with its fantastic Thursday market, shops, marina and the many wonderful restaurants lining the edge of the harbour. You can catch a dolmus (minibus) just 200m from the villa which will take you into Bodrum for less than a pound. Yalikavak is situated on the beautiful Bodrum peninsula, and enjoys a mild, warm climate where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet. Yalikavak now boasts a new marina and an amazing selection of restaurants where the locally caught fish feature high on the menu. NOTE: Change over day for the property will be Saturday but we will try and be flexible during the quieter times of the season. All linen and towels are included in the price. We will offer a reduction for booking longer than a week.

Check in time at the house will normally be 4pm at the earliest and check out time 10am but this may change depending on flights times in and out of Bodrum. You will be advised of this nearer the time and every effort will be made to get you into the villa as soon as you arrive.
