Description

Woodpecker Barn is a spacious two-bedroom cottage on two levels with the open plan living / kitchen area situated on the ground floor accessed via a stable front door.

Also, on this level is the bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet, wash basin with mirror, light and shaver socket over and heated towel rail.

On the upper level are the two bedrooms. One bedroom provides a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobe, two chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a chair.

The second bedroom provides twin beds, fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with lamps.

Also on this level is a cloakroom, comprising a toilet and hand basin.

The patio area, with garden furniture is situated at the front of the cottage in an enclosed garden.

A 90mm step upwards leads through the gateway 1220mm wide then a 190mm step downwards onto a level concrete pathway 1280mm wide. This leads to the front door.Lighting is provided from the front of the cottage.

The entrance to the cottage is easily identified with the name of the cottage next to the front door.The entrance door is a manual stable door with top half glazed and is 1030mm wide.There is one step up into the cottage 60mm high
