Stunning 'Ginger Lilly' villa with pool

Ginger Lilly is built high on a hillside overlooking the Port Elizabeth harbour. The house has been designed specifically not to require air conditioning and always captures the wonderful Caribbean breezes. Open roof vents allow air to circulate throughout the house at all times. All the rooms have ceiling fans which are rarely needed. All the bathrooms have been tiled with colourful mosaics to reflect the Caribbean.

Both double bedrooms have King & Queen size beds with high vaulted ceilings and private balcony's. One of these rooms have a TV and bathtub in the bathroom.

The Living room, Kitchen and Dining are open plan. The living area has a large flat screen HDTV with DVD and CD player. Seating for 8 and a balcony with additional seating. The Dining area is double aspect with a courtyard to the rear and doors onto decking at the front looking out to sea. The Kitchen area is well fitted with lots of cupboards, dishwasher, large gas cooker, and American style fridge/freezer.

The twin bedroom with en suite opens onto the pool area as does the office, which is well equipped with PC, broadband, Wi Fi, printer & scanner. This room also has a sofa bed and en suite, so guests can also use the office to put up occasional visitors.

The interior is styled to be relaxed and informal. All the rooms are comfortable, well equipped and furnished to a high standard.

Our housekeeper Shirley works 3 days a week., if this is not convenient just let her know. She will be happy to work further days and also cater for the guests by arrangement.
