The villa is surrounded by a white-walled garden which leads to the large pool with 9 sunbeds and a gazebo to provide shade. A number of patio tables and chairs are positioned around the villa. The front of the property has a large covered terrace with a fixed table and bench overlooking the front garden and superb views of the open countryside. The ground floor accommodation comprises entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large dining room with two wall mounted heaters, wood burning fire and double sofa-bed. The comfortably furnished lounge has wall mounted heater, cast iron wood-burning stove and double doors opening on to the rear garden with covered patio area. The 2 fully fitted twin-bedded rooms, both have wall heaters, fans and en-suite shower rooms. The upper floor accommodation comprises a huge master bedroom with king-size bed, sofa-bed, two heater units, walk in wardrobe, fan and a large en-suite bathroom with twin basins. .

The main bedroom/family room has a king size bed, a 120cm sofa-bed suitable for 2 children, a cot/playpen and hairdyer. There is a large bathroom with over-bath shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet. The 2 twin-bedded rooms have 3/4 double size beds and hairdryers. Each bedroom has a large en-suite shower room. The newly fitted kitchen has all modern amenities and a highchair. PlayStation 2/DVD. Ample off road parking space. FOR WINTER LETS, in addition to the wood burning stove in the lounge, the villa has newly installed wall mounted heaters in every room to add to your comfort. In addition to the mains water supply at Casa Piedras we also have a huge aljibe (water tank). Should the water supply in the village be in short supply, the tank ensures constant water at the villa.

There are four golf courses within a short drive of the villa. VALLE DEL ESTE GOLF is an 18 hole PGA course situated just outside Vera. This desert course with island trees and fairways has some great changes of elevation and isolated tee positions making this course very exciting to experience. Opened only 3 years ago it is already established as one of Spain's unique courses. Approximate price guide (2004/05) £38 per round. NOTE: The owner accepts payment in either British Pounds or Euros. Please contact the owner for details. For additional guests ( MORE THAN 6), please add £25 per extra guest per week. All services, linen and towels are included (except beach towels). A cot and high chair are both available. The owner provides a complimentary starter pack for your arrival. Low season long lets are welcome of 1 month or more by negotiation with the owners.
