Whether the stay is for family, friends or a romantic weekend get away, guests could not ask for a more delightful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bath City Centre, and yet they are within seconds of quiet countryside walks which connect to the Cotswold Way.
It is 5 mins easy drive to the central car parks or frequent buses run as often as every 15 mins from 200m away to the centre and station. A taxi is only £7 for those who want public transportation, or guests may take a pleasant walk in 30 mins.
Weston Lodge is close to many amenities, from a Michelin starred restaurant and others to supermarkets and pubs, and is just two miles from the Roman Baths.
Everything guests could possibly require will be provided, from linen and towels to wide screen TV, DVD, radio, WiFi broadband, books and magazines to browse.
The apartment is on the second (top) floor and sleeps 4 people in a double master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom that can have a double or twin beds, plus 1 in a fold up bed that can be put up in the master bedroom or lounge.
Bath was a Roman city, for 400 years. Attracted by the natural features of the area, and "Rome" like climate, they only left when their Empire weakened.
Bath is also the birthplace of the once modern Georgian style of architecture, which utilised many innovative techniques and of course the lovely warm golden local stone. Amazing buildings can be found around every corner of this World Heritage City.
Culture abounds, in all its forms and then there are the attractions of Somerset, Wiltshire and nearby Bristol.
Today, Bath is a small, but cosmopolitan, vibrant and lovely city. Great restaurants, museums, galleries, shops, theatre, concerts, festivals, the Thermae Spa baths, hot springs, walks or cycle rides along the canal or river, balloon rides, always something going on, and a wonderful dry and sunny climate make this lovely city a great holiday destination.
The Priory, Bath's only Michelin starred restaurant is a 15 min walk away, with pubs and other restaurants, mini Tesco, shops and take-aways, main local hospital and more, all nearer still in Weston village.
