A charming penthouse with views over the famous Las Ramblas street in Barcelona, that has been designed functional, modern and with a clean look with everything you need to be comfortable, all included in a small world.
Everything is exploited to the millimeter. The distribution is an opened wide space but the night and bath areas are separated from the rest of the flat to give them the privacy they need. The kitchen together with the living and dining areas, create a unique atmosphere. The master bedroom, with a double bed and the modern bathroom with the shower area apart from the toilet, round out the distribution of this bright looking attic. Its greatest luxuries are daylight and a great terrace located on the upper level. The terrace is equipped with a set of garden furniture, ideal to enjoy it at all times, becoming a vital part of the apartment to be lived in an active and ongoing way, since the wonderful climate of Barcelona so permits.
