Description
The main entrance is a foyer shared by two apartments, the Principal A and B. On the left side, there is the access door to our Principal A, there is a wide corridor to guide us along all the rooms, as simple as that. Wood in light colors for floors and doors, and white walls only tinted in a fresh apple green for the open space taken by the kitchen. The kitchen, though a part of an open space, is completely apart from the lounge. Its furniture in shades of gray, reinforced by a large stainless steel splash back over the worktop, and a utramodern extractor hood in glass and steel, make this kitchen one of the most attractive parts of the apartment.
The bathroom, has a shower cabin, a modern rectangular washbasin and a towel rack to keep towels warm, and it is joined to a very convenient toilet. The bedrooms are so spacious and all of them have a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has access to a terrace that shares with the living room and that is overlooking the famous Barcelona's Diagonal.
Our Principal A, is strategically located in the city. A luxury zone headed by the Paseo de Gracia, cultural focus in the hands of Gaudí's art splashed around the area and center of the most vibrant city life, that offers the best and more diverse restaurants and shopping, that we can wish for. We have to go out with a comfortable footwear and our eyes wide open, because we are right in the middle of Barcelona's life ... its good life.
