It is located in the village of Sitges, the place where many Barcelonians choose to relax on their weekends because of its ideal location, just 25 minutes driving from the city or by train, direct to Sants station in no more than 20 minutes.
The Villa is located in a smart residential zone, lovely and quiet. The main entrance is in the garden, and the first that you see is the thrilling effect of the double-height living room with a fireplace and its wide large windows, opened to the garden and the sea beyond. In this level you find also the laundry room, a toilet, the avant garde kitchen and the dining room.
The access to the second level is through the living room and here we find the sleeping area, four spacious bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
