All DF Modern Ramblas apartments have been renovated and refurbished in 2011, therefore everything is of a very high quality. It is decorated in a modern style with warm colors that will make you feel at home instantly.

This 1 bedroom apartment has a brand new large kitchen which is fully equipped with everything needed during your stay to make your own dinner. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room. The living room is decorated like a lounge room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen television and a dining table for up to 4 persons. Furthermore there is one master bedroom, equipped with a large double bed. The double sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for 2 additional guests, making the apartment suitable for 4. The apartment is situated in the Raval District, only a two minutes’ walk away from the famous boulevard Las Ramblas, which is 2km in length and extends from the center in Plaza Catalunya, all the way down to the Port of Barcelona and the Sea.

On Las Ramblas you will find a lot of shops, bars, restaurants, florists, little pet shops, and a wide variety of highly talented artists. In only five minutes walking from the apartment you will also find the famous Boqueria Market, The Liceu Theatre, The Impressive Palau Güell designed for the renowned Catalan architect Antonio Gaudi. Furthermore there is the Plaça Reial, with its large central fountain and interesting streetlamps, also designed by Gaudi. , another famous design by Gaudi.

At the bottom of Las Ramblas, you will find the imposing figure of Christopher Columbus. In the same area you will find the Maritime Museum and the Maremagnum, a modern shopping complex.
