We offer two different types of apartments in our recently renovated DF Villarroel Centre building; 2 bedroom apartments that are suitable for up to 6 guests and 3 bedroom apartments that are suitable for up to 7 guests.

The apartments are located within the Eixample district in Barcelona in the city center, close to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and many other sights in the city.

This 3 bedroom apartment offers a master bedroom that is equipped with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, lamps and two bedside tables. The second bedroom provides 2 single beds (a trundle bed), a wardrobe as well as bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom is equipped with one single bed. As the living room provides a double sofa bed for 2 additional guests, the apartment offers a total sleeping space for up to 7 guests..

The living room is decorated in a modern fashion and offers the comfortable double sofa and for your entertainment a flat screen TV with DVD player. Here you can also find the dining area where you can enjoy your meals, that can be prepared in the large American kitchen which is fully equipped with the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. In the kitchen you will also find a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.

Furthermore the apartment offers 2 complete bathrooms that are each equipped with a shower, wash basin and lavatory.

For your comfort all of these apartments also offer air conditioning / heating, free internet access, a safe, a washing machine and ironing set. We also provide you with bed linen and towels.

The 2 bedroom apartments provide the same equipment but are decorated in a retro style and provide sleeping space for up to 6 guests as it offers:

- A master bedroom with double bed

- A second bedroom with 2 single beds – can be put together if preferred

- A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room
