First floor apartment with two bedrooms which can comfortably sleep six guests. Has two bedrooms, two balconies, bathroom and separate w/c, enjoying a sunny aspect and mountain views. It has flexible accommodation, with super king-sized double room, twin room and double sofa bed in lounge, making this apartment ideal for couples, families or other groups of up to six people. The apartment is beautifully furnished with solid wood furniture and big, comfy beds. Free on-site facilities include heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym in the basement of the same block. There is Wi-Fi and computer access available in the reception area.

It is ideally located, with just a short walk to both the ski gondola and the town centre. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the gondola in the ski season.

There are fourteen pistes totaling sixty five kilometers, including an uninterrupted sixteen kilometers run starting from Todorka Peak at the highest point of the ski centre, all the way to base station of the Gondola plus cross country and excellent off piste skiing. A multi-million Euro project has recently seen the installation of new lifts, including an eight-person gondola and snow cannons to ensure good conditions. The Ski and Snowboard School offers good tuition, including children who are cared for at the Junior Ski Club. In addition to on-piste skiing, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy a fun park which offers fans of extreme winter sports the option to ski over artificial bumps and jumps as well as to build their own. Also, the half-pipe located near Bansko’s famous snow towers, offers both skiers and snowboarders an arena to show off their latest tricks. The ski season is one of the longest; roughly mid December until the end of April.

The Pirin National Park encompasses rugged alpine peaks. The magnificent landscape is made up of old forests, waterfalls, caves and areas of limestone that are home to the endangered edelweiss and the Pirin poppy. Characteristic to the park is the abundance of rare and endemic species of plants and animals, and the unique environment is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural and National Heritage site. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the balconies.
