It is situated on Pirin Street, just up from the famous Kempinski Hotel, Bansko’s shops, a brand new Shopping Mall, restaurants, bars and less than 5 minutes walk from the Gondola station. The apartment is 50m from the piste, providing door-to-door skiing, when conditions are favourable. The rooms in the apartment are bright and spacious, comfortably sleeping up to six by utilising the large sofa bed.

The apartment has two excellent balconies with spectacular views of the Pirin Mountains and ski slope – perfect for sitting and enjoying the sunshine and views. There is an outdoor table and chairs. Overall, the apartment and kitchen area are very well equipped.

Having two spacious double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, and good wardrobe space. The comfortable living room also has one double sofa bed. Duvets with linen and extra blankets are provided, along with bath towels and robes. Guests can also relax in the living room watching the TV with DVD, listening to music or simply spending the evening around the dining table.

The Complex benefits from 24-hour reception/security and a Bar area. On the ground floor of the building you will find your own Ski Locker, an indoor heated Swimming Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi, all perfect for relaxing after a busy day hitting the slopes, sightseeing or hiking. 10% discount for returnng guests.

100 GBP security deposit payable upon arrival and returned upon departure should there be no losses, damage or breakages.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price.
