Cottage 1 (Beudy Mawr) is a farm conversion with fitness room, sauna & hot tub, offers luxury 4 star self catering holiday accommodation, in a quiet rural setting in the heart of Snowdonia.
The accommodation has panoramic views of Snowdonia & the Isle of Anglesey. Ideal for a romantic break in peaceful surroundings. Lovely mountain walks with sauna & hot tub to finish the day.
There are many attractions and activities and much to do and see in the surrounding North Wales area.
Local activities include: fishing, riding, golf, swimming, climbing boating & a local active paragliding club.
This self catering holiday cottage North Wales offers an open plan living / dining area with wood floor throughout which features under floor heating and log effect fire for those cozy evenings.
TV, freeview box , dvd player with films and wi-fi internet access for searches & e-mails only . No streaming as it’s not fast enough
This accommodation sleeps 2- 5 people. Features an open wooden staircase leading to the loft area which features 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. Ground Floor features 1 x double bed
Pets are welcome by arrangement, £30 per visit (max 2!).
We do not allow pets to be left on their own in the cottage at any time!
This property features gardens with furniture, BBQ, a fitness room, sauna & spa / hot tub.

Directions From Chester:
* Leave the A55 at junction 12.
* After 50 yards turn right following sign “Talybont”
* T-junction turn left up hill.
* Continue for ½ mile (passing Hendre Farm on the left).
* T-junction at the top of the hill turn right
* Continue for 0.2 miles.
* Turn left for “Llwynpenddu Uchaf”.
* Follow up hard track & turn right onto cattle grid.
* Continue in to farm yard & then turn left up to park adjacent to your cottage.
* Note: Sat Nav will take you to the wrong farm at the last 1/2 km, so please print out the directions.
Directions from Anglesey /Bangor.
Holyhead follow main route to Chester on A55
Leave the A55 at junction 12. “TALYBONT”
* After 10 yards turn right. (over the A55)
* Carry on straight up the hill passing “Hendre Hall”.
* Continue for ½ mile (passing Hendre Farm on the left).
* T-junction at the top of the hill turn turn right
* Continue for 0.2 miles.
* Turn left for “Llwynpenddu Uchaf”
* Follow up hard track & turn right onto cattle grid.
* Continue in to farm yard & then turn left up to park adjacent to your cottage.
