Description

Luxury design apartment (67m2) with two double bedrooms, shower room with separate toilet, open-plan dining area/kitchen and sea-view living room with two convertible settees and direct access onto a large terrace (26m2) with no vis-à-vis.

The apartment offers panoramic views from all areas of the apartment of the Bay of Bandol and the Mediterranean Sea. It has a sea-view pool on the first level of the residence (open May - September) with supervision July and August.

The residence is ten minutes drive from the centre, the beaches and the many sea and land activities proposed by Bandol and this beautiful region.

The apartment, which was completely renovated February-May 2011 with upmarket fixtures and fittings, is located at the highest level of a hill-side quality complex, within two hectares of landscaped grounds. Parking is available just behind the apartment which has its own private entrance.

Air-conditioned, the entire apartment and terrace/planters are lit by spotlights with dimmer switches for maximum ambiance. All windows are equipped with external shutters. The apartment also has an alarm system and the residence is equipped with video-surveillance at the entrance to the complex, plus a caretaker.

Bandol, one of the oldest sea resorts on the French Riviera, characterised by its temperate climate, white sand beaches and the authentic beauty of its rocky Mediterranean coves, proposes a multitude of activities for an unforgettable holiday : water skiing, sailing, diving, spectacular boat excursions to Cassis and the Island of Porquerolles, children’s theme parks Coudou Parc (nine kilometers), Aqualand (ten kilometers) and OK Corral (twenty five kilometers), spa, paragliding, tennis, ‘pétanque’, bowls, AOC Bandol wine tasting, panoramic golf at the Dolce Frégate Club (eighteen holes + nine holes), coastal hiking trails and the Grand Casino de Bandol with resident disco, not forgetting the daily morning flower and fruit market ‘Place de l’Eglise’ and the Tuesday morning market along the Port.
