The apartment, which was completely renovated February-May 2011 with upmarket fixtures and fittings, is located at the highest level of a hill-side quality complex, within two hectares of landscaped grounds. Parking is available just behind the apartment which has its own private entrance.
Air-conditioned, the entire apartment and terrace/planters are lit by spotlights with dimmer switches for maximum ambiance. All windows are equipped with external shutters. The apartment also has an alarm system and the residence is equipped with video-surveillance at the entrance to the complex, plus a caretaker.
