A luxury detached villa with 3000sqft of very spacious living accommodation – accommodates 12 with ease! The villa is located in a private, gated community in Calabay Parc, Tower Lake, with several championship golf courses nearby. It is also in a prime position for all theme parks and entertainment, restaurants and bars, and Wal-Mart is only a 5 minutes drive away. Lakeland shopping mall is a 35 minutes drive down the i-4. Features include a private, fully netted south facing heated pool and spa, private extended deck with sun loungers, child safety screen, sun deck, barbecue, shaded fanned dining area, access to WC and wash facilities and direct access to master suite. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen diner/breakfast area with a separate formal dining area, and laundry facilities (crockery, towels and linens are provided).
The villa has wheelchair access with large entrance and internal doors. The master suite and one queen suite are on the ground level, there are no steps downstairs.
There are private well maintained gardens and a driveway to the front with a view of the beautiful lake. A large private south facing heated swimming pool with hot spa, covered fanned al fresco dining area, a large extended deck area, which includes sun loungers, dining tables and chairs, a gas barbecue, a fully netted pool area to keep out the bugs, child safety screen, direct access from master suite to outside deck and pool, WC/wash facilities. Very private not over looked.

Check in time is 4pm check out is 10am, however you may arrange to have an early check-in/out with us. We must receive notice 24hrs prior to your check-in/check out.
Deposit payment of 20% is due at the time of booking to confirm and hold the reservation. Final payment of all rentals/tax are due 60 days prior to arrival date. If the client wishes to cancel you should advise by letter or email. On receipt we will endeavour to obtain a replacement if we do we will refund monies paid less deposit. If no let is available all payments made will be retained, more than 60 days before arrival deposit forfeited, 30-60 days notice 50% charge 30 days or less 100%.
