The apartment boasts 3 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower,a separate shower room with additional toilet, a fully fitted kitchen, CD, DVD player, SKY TV and limited inter. Just off the large terrace and a few steps away is the large 20 m swimming pool with covered BBQ area, overlooking the stunning countryside. To the side of the complex is a play area and landscaped gardens.
The apartment is situated in the fishing village of Leopetri, a 25 minute drive from Larnaca airport. A 5 minute walk takes you into the village which caters for everything you need - a selection of tavernas and shops, supermarket, post office, bank and pharmacy.
A car is essential, and there is a garage space attached to the apartment.
A 5 minute drive will take you to the deserted beaches of Potamus or a bit further down the same coastal road is Ayia Napa. 10 minute drive to Paralimni or 15 minutes to Protarus, another lively resort.
This spacious apartment is in the quiet fishing village of Liopetri, population of just 6,000 in the quiet village with its charming tavernas. It's a 5 minute walk to the square with all the essential local shops, supermarket, bank, post office ,bakery etc. It is a 5 minute drive to Potamus beach, an unknown spot by tourists which allows you to have the beach to yourself at any time of year. just a 5 minute drive on from there and you reach Waterworld theme park, the largest water park in Europe, and a 6 minute drive to the famous Nissi beach. The famous Ayia Napa bars, restaurants, shops, mini-markets are easily accessible and just 7 minutes away by car. The ground floor apartment is located in a serene and residential environment, most suitable for families and the disabled. The pool overlooks the countryside. The road is completely free from traffic and noises; although the noisy entertainment spots are close enough for a night out. A car is essential.
