New Luxury Apartment with Pool and Sea Views
This spacious air-conditioned, second floor apartment is fully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible including TV, DVD, two leather settees, dining table (seats six) and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) it is situated in a quiet block of only sixteen newly built luxury apartments serviced by two lifts to the first and second floors. As it's within a short walking distance of Pernera village you can easily enjoy the numerous bars, restaurants and beaches on offer. Protaras is a ten minute walk away or a two minute bus ride. Bus stops adjacent to development. The large balcony has a table and comfortable chairs to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. The communal pool includes a Jacuzzi and benefits from his and her shower/toilet facilities. There is an allocated car parking space.

Pernera has a number of small beaches dotted along its coast well within walking distance of the apartment. There is a newly constructed walkway along the coast to Protaras which is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Pernera also has a very picturesque harbor offering daily fishing trips lasting from three to six hours. The beach is approx a five minute walk through the village, it seems less as there is lots to see during the walk.
Nearest airport is Larnaca which is approximately 40 minutes drive from Pernera. Most of the journey is travelled on motorway/dual carriage way with all signs in Cypriot and English and driving is on the same side as UK. A car is not essential as the apartment is so close to all amenities and airport pick up can be arranged. Taxis are also available.

The changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 4pm and departure before 12 noon. Later departures or earlier arrivals can be agreed if the apartment is vacant prior to your arrival.
