Description

Villa Louisa has two bedrooms comfortably sleeps four guests. The beautiful villa is on a large plot with private swimming pool.

We are delighted to have taken delivery of the villa in March 2011 and offer it for rental. It is in a perfect position in a quiet development sitting in a large plot with green space to the rear. The villa has one double bedroom with en suite and one twin bedroom and family bathroom. There is a large open plan lounge dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The villa is wonderfully bright and light with high vaulted ceilings throughout finished in wood which gives it a lovely spacious feel. Double patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the large patio area where there is plenty of room to enjoy the al fresco life. Comfortable sun loungers, patio table and chairs are provided. There is also access onto the patio from the kitchen area and the master bedroom. We provide all bedding, bath and beach towels. The villa has air conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms. There is a thirty two inch flat screen TV, DVD and satellite connection. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Ayia Thekla is a quiet location ideal for people who want to have a relaxing break but within easy reach of Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa where there are all the shops restaurants and amenities you might want. In Ayia Thekla it there is a small supermarket for basic provisions. There is a beautiful unspoiled beach within easy reach and three restaurants. Two of the restaurants are in the idyllic area known as Potamus where the local fishing vessels tie up. It Is a ten minute stroll from the villa across the fields this is a lovely place to sit and unwind. A five minute drive takes you to Waterworld which is a great place for kids as is the adjacent go kart track. Paralimni is a ten minute drive where you will find major supermarkets and shops and Protarus is fifteen minutes away with bustling pubs and tavernas. The unspoiled and protected Cape Greko is a great area for walking and observing the fabulous views.
